All parties face accusations of participation in an organized crime network, improper disposal of waste, and fabricating documents to gain financial advantage. Such offenses can carry up to 15 years’ imprisonment.
Details of the allegations have not yet been released. Prokurator Przemysław Nowak, the spokesperson for the Krajowa Prokuratura, stated that information will be provided after the completion of proceedings. The prosecutor has requested a provisional detention for Piotr R.
